A mixed-use project contributes to its surrounding neighborhoods by providing a green oasis and activating the retail scene.
At the intersection of Prospect Avenue, Vermont Avenue, and Hollywood Boulevard, this mixed-use project enhances the character of Los Angeles. The site strategy uses a sigma-like shape that creates shared public green space, redirects pedestrian traffic through the project, and creates a private courtyard for residents. (spring 2021)
